What You Can Do To Stay Healthy!
The most important thing is to have NO FEAR! The body will heal itself when you give it love and nourishment.
The second most important thing is DO NOT suppress the fever, help the body create the fever. Hot baths, Sauna... SWEAT IT OUT!
The third most important thing is to STRENGTHEN your immune system! No fruit juice, no sugar, no refined carbohydrates. Eat a lot of nutrient-dense foods, like greens, vegetables. Plant-Based KETO diet (70% of your immune system is in your gut)
The fourth most important thing is to take natural antivirals such as Curcumin, Mineral Ascorbates (Buffered Vitamin C 3grams,1gr/meal -depending on the size of the person), Tonic water - Quinine (without the Gin lol), Vitamin D3 (2000 units 3x/day with each meal), Oil of Oregano, Bee Propolis, Chaga Mushroom Extract, Olive Leaf Extract, Ginger, Colloidal Silver, Probiotics, and many others. The fifth most important thing to do is EXERCISE. Antioxidants don't work without the oxygen you get from exercise. Exercise is NOT an option.
